Influence - Probably the best book
I've read on the subject and easy to read for those new to
Psychology. I've found this book not only great to
understand the decisions others make, but it also
helps me to make better decisions in my own
life. Knowing how others can use these weapons of
persuasion to their advantage is invaluable
protection in a world becoming increasing
complex. A must read for those in the business of
helping others to make good decisions... including
actuaries!

and drive evolutionary
change

natural yourself! Mel Helitzer is the funniest
professor in the USA, and thats no joke!
